Refunds

Before your 24 hours start

Cancel before your clock starts and you get a full refund of your build and any add-ons. Your clock starts once we have your payment, your completed intake form and all your files.

After your 24 hours start

Once your clock has started, the build and add-ons can't be refunded, because the work is under way. If we take longer than 24 hours, your first year of Hosting is free.

After launch

For 30 days after launch we fix anything broken or wrong at no charge. Your round of changes also comes back within 24 hours.

Hosting and Care

Monthly and yearly plans renew until you cancel. Cancel with 30 days' notice by email, and your plan stops at the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part of a month or part of a year.

How to ask for a refund

Email twentyfourhoursites@gmail.com with your business name. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
