Privacy policy

This policy covers the information we collect through our website and our forms, and what we do with it. We follow Canada's privacy law for businesses (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- From the start form: your name, email, phone number, business name and details, the address or areas you serve, your current website and domain, and the order you build.
- From the intake form: your answers about your business, customers, services and team, the contact details you want on your site, and the logo and photos you upload.
- When you pay: Stripe collects your card details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email and a record of the payment.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on our site.
How we use it
- To build your website and run your Hosting or Care plan
- To contact you about your order, your build and your plan
- To bill your plan through Stripe
- To answer your questions
We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
The services we need to run 24 Hour Web:
- Stripe processes payments.
- Resend delivers the emails our forms send.
- Vercel hosts our website and the forms.
Each of them handles your information under its own privacy policy. Some of them store data outside Canada, including in the United States.
Anything you ask us to put on your website, such as your phone number, address, team names or photos, becomes public when your site launches.
Your browser
Our forms save your answers in your browser as you type, so you can come back and finish later. Clearing your browser's data removes them. Stripe sets its own cookies on the payment screen to keep payments secure.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we build your site and for as long as you have a plan with us. After that, we keep billing records for as long as tax law requires and delete the rest.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If we have to keep something, such as tax records, we'll tell you why.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
