Common questions
Why does it cost less than an agency?
Every site starts from a layout we've already built for your kind of business, so our time goes into fitting it to your words, photos and colours. A real human still checks every page.
When do the 24 hours start?
They start once we have your payment, your completed intake form and all the files we need, like your photos and logo. The clock pauses when we send you the link to review your site, resumes once we have your changes or your approval, and stops when your site launches. We build Monday to Thursday, so projects sent Friday to Sunday start on Monday.
What if I don't have good photos?
Phone photos work. We send a short shot list for your trade and a link to upload from your phone. We can also use licensed stock photos.
What if I don't have a website now?
That's fine. We work from your Facebook page, your Google listing or your answers in the form.
Who owns the domain?
You do. It's registered in your name and stays yours if you ever leave.
Why is hosting required?
Your site has to run somewhere. $19 a month covers the server, SSL, backups, security updates and making sure your form messages arrive.
What does Care add?
For $99 a month you get Hosting plus up to an hour of changes every month, a monthly report and replies within one business day.
What counts as a round of changes?
One form with everything you'd like changed: text, photos, colours, the order of sections. It comes back within 24 hours. New pages and features are add-ons.
Can I cancel?
Cancel before your clock starts and you get a full refund. Hosting and Care stop with 30 days' notice, and your domain, words and photos go with you.
What happens after launch?
For 30 days we fix anything broken or wrong at no charge. After that, Hosting keeps your site online and Care keeps it up to date.
